Mission Statement
It is the mission of the City of Lake City Purchasing Department to protect the interest of the City of Lake City taxpayers and to ensure an atmosphere of equality to all vendors without undue influence.
Department Information
The Purchasing Department office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
To do business with the City of Lake City, vendors must be pre-approved. Forms can be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Department at (386) 719-5818 or (386) 719-5816; or faxing requests to (386) 755-6112.
Bid and Quote Information
The Purchasing Department of the City of Lake City has contracted with DemandStar.com to provide vendors and the public with information relating to formal bids, quotes and proposals.
