City Hall Lobby Closure
Due to the rising risk of the Covid-19 and the safety of our staff
and customers, City Hall will be closed effective Friday, July 23rd. Customers are encouraged to make payments online, through the drop box on the side of City Hall, or the mail slot on the front door.
Customer Service Representatives will be available to help customers via phone, email or at the front door. Please ring the doorbell at the front door for assistance; you will be helped immediately.
We encourage all customers to pay with cash, check or money order. We will not be able to accept in person credit cards payments at this time.
All utility service related issues will be scheduled by appointment only. The resident will be asked if they have suffered from any symptoms related to Covid-19 when scheduling the appointment. This is a precaution, to better protect your health and ours.
