A. COA 20-02, Carlos Wence-Owner- requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (painting) in the residential zoning district, located within the View shed Buffer of the Lake Isabella Historic District, established in Section 10.11.2, of the Land Development Regulations on property described as Columbia County Parcel ID# 13706-000 as lying within the City of Lake City, Florida, City Limits.
B. COA 20-21, submitted by Susan Genser, as the representative for the Owner, requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (roof) in a Residential, zoning district, located within the Lake Isabella Historic District View shed, established in Section 10.11.2, of the Land Development Regulations on property described as Columbia County Parcel ID#12771-000, as lying within the City of Lake City, Florida, City Limits.
C. E. COA 20-35-submitted by submitted by Barry Greene (BAG farms, LLC) as owner - requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (1 paved handicap accessible parking space/grass parking lot) in the commercial zoning district, located within the View shed Buffer of the Lake Isabella Historic District, established in Section 10.11.2, of the Land Development Regulations on property described as Columbia County Parcel ID# 13218-000 as lying within the City of Lake City, Florida, City Limits.
