BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF LAKE CITY, FLORIDA, SERVING ALSO AS THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY/HISTORICAL BOARD AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF LAKE CITY, FLORIDA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 163.3161 through 163.3248, Florida Statutes, as amended, and the City of Lake City Land Development Regulations, as amended, objections, recommendations and comments concerning the agenda, as described below, will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Lake City, Florida, serving also as the Local Planning Agency of the City of Lake City, Florida, at a public hearing, to be held live -in person and/or through the use of communications media technology, on February 17, 2021 at 5:45 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard.

COA 21-04, Johnathan Cohen-Owner- requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (sign, roof shingles, awning, paint ramp and building) in the residential office zoning district, located within the View shed of the Lake Isabella Historic District, established in Section 10.11.2, of the Land Development Regulations on property described as Columbia County Parcel ID# 13218-000 as lying within the City of Lake City, Florida, City Limits. 
 

B. COA 21-05, submitted by Robin Kendall, agent for Bravoflorida, LLC -Owner, requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (demo of existing handicap ramp and install handicap ramp) in a Commercial General, zoning district, structure is a Historical structure, property described as Columbia County Parcel ID#12718-000, as lying within the City of Lake City, Florida, City Limits. 
 

C. COA 21-06 submitted by Sanchez-Bianchi, Jaime W, -Owner, requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (painting exterior structure) in a Residential/Office, established in Section 10.11.2, of the Land Development Regulations on property described as Columbia County Parcel ID# 13728-000 as lying within the City of Lake City, Florida, City Limits.
