Conflict Assessment Meeting of Lake Shore Hospital Authority and the City of Lake City

Notice is provided that the following entities will convene a conflict assessment meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at the City of Lake City, City Hall located at 205 N. Marion Avenue, Lake City, Florida 32055:

• Lake Shore Hospital Authority
• City of Lake City   

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues related to the City’s contention that the Lake Shore Hospital has “lost its legal nonconforming use status” under the City’s Land Development Regulations, as set forth in the City Manager’s letter to the Authority dated October 24, 2024. Additional issues to resolve include the transfer of other Authority properties and assets to third parties.

If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

The City of Lake City and the Lake Shore Hospital Authority adhere to the American Disabilities Act and will make reasonable modifications for access

at (386)755-1090 and must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting
