NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
THIS SERVES AS PUBLIC NOTICE that two or more City of Lake City elected officials will be in attendance at the Lake Shore Hospital Authority Board of Trustees Meeting to be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 5:15 PM, at the Lake Shore Hospital Authority, Administrative Complex, 259 NE Franklin Street, Suite 102, Lake City, FL 32055
The purpose of the Lake City elected officials’ attendance is for possible discussion of the Lake Shore Hospital Authority Board of Trustees Agenda Item, “Discussion and possible action - Approval of Interlocal Agreement between Lake Shore Hospital Authority of Columbia County and the City of Lake City, Florida RE: Property Transfer”.
Pursuant to 286.0105, Florida Statutes, the City hereby advises the public if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City with respect to any matter considered at its meetings or hearings, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
