Notice to City of Lake City Recycling Customers

NOTICE TO CITY OF LAKE CITY
RECYCLING CUSTOMERS

In an effort to keep our customers Garbage Rates affordable, recycling will no longer be picked up by Waste-Pro for City of Lake City Residents.

Recycling is still available for all City and County residents at the self drop-off recycling sites.

The locations are:

1. Branford Highway- 508 SW State Road 247, Lake City, FL. 32025
2. Fort White- 242 SW George Glen, Fort White, FL. 32038
3. Winfield Solid Waste Facility- 1347 NW Oosterhoudt Lane, Lake City, FL. 32055

What's Recycled?

Clear plastic with *recycle symbol 1 or 2. (Soda bottles and Natural milk jugs)
Colored Plastic with *recycle symbol 2 (Detergent / Shampoo Bottles)
Aluminum and Steel cans
Clear Glass
Newsprint (NO magazines or inserts)
Cardboard (NO wax coated)

How can you help?

Please Clean and Prepare the recycling before putting it in the Recycling Container.
Do NOT put bags in the Recycling Container’s.
Do NOT put household garbage or chemicals in the Recycling Container’s
